Warning! Posting new thread without having read all previous. Isn't that some kind of forum golden rule?
So...racing game experience: null I raced around in GTA a bunch but most other races have involved rockets or green turtle shells.
Forza 4 from the local shop is around $30 but options seem to abound. WTF is Season Pass? Seems as if there are some expansions as well. Recommendations?
I won't get into the WTF is up with all the paint talk. Something tells me I'll just figure that out as I go.

Dont worry about "searching" this site for FAQs or shit like that cause you wont find anything LOL! We kinda dont follow the general rules of other forums, we are all wolves here....no sheep! With that said, I'll try to help you out with your questions............ Season Pass for Forza Motorsport 4 - That was a "membership" when the game was released. It entitled you to recieve free DLC from November 2011 to April 2012. The DLC being add-on car packs and I think there were 6, plus one more called the launch car pack. The Pass costed an extra $30 but in the end would save you 30% if you bought the car packs individualy through the game marketplace (560 ms points each). So to wrap this up, dont worry about buying it cause it has already expired, but to access ALL the cars in the game you will need to buy each pack from the game marketplace for 560ms pnts each. There is a VIP Membership that is available to purchase through the Game Marketplace as well. This membership was originally ONLY available to those who have purchased the LCE (Limited Collectors Edition) version of the game. It came with ALL the DLC codes (excluding Season Pass codes) that entitled you to even more cars and tracks. The VIP Membership will cost you 1200ms pts. There is also a Porsche Pack you can download for 1600ms pts. This will give you access to the car manufacturer Porsche to use in game. You can also purchase some individual cars and they range from 160-240ms pts. But I dont reccomend buying a single car, go for packs. I do recommend purchasing all the FREE cars in the marketplace so look for those As far as racing.........I want to tell you to turn off all your racing assists. Assists consist of traction control (TCS) stability control (STA) automatic braking system (ABS) and dont use automatic transmision (AUTO) but use the manual transmissin with the clutch. This is a must if you want to put down some fast times on tracks. Im recommending this because you are just getting the game and you can learn right out the gate. It might feel alittle uncomfortable for some, but you will get used to it faster than you would think Plus we are here to help you lol. As far as the paint talk......Forza has an in-game paint editor. It allows you to take the very basic of shapes and tweek them into photo-realistic faces or any other thing you can imagine. It might be worth it to you to drop in the paint editor and try it out cause you may be good at it. Hope this helps for now, if you have any other q's dont be afraid to ask

Being the only game I play cause I suck at every other one,I agree with everything Indy said, and as far as painting goes he would definitely be the one to listen to cause he's fuckin awesome. The only thing I will say is don't buy any car packs till you figure out if it's the game for you cause they nickle and dime the shit outa you for every shit car pack they put out.
